Today, Florian Klemme successfully conducted his milestone presentation about P9: "Design for Testing and Reliability in the Presence of Transistor Self-Heating for Advanced Technologies" He presented a holistic overview of the research from the start of the project until today. His presentation included his latest research on propagating self-heating effects from the transistor to the circuit level as well as his previous research on machine-learning techniques for cell library characterization. Jun.-Prof. Dr.-Ing. Hussam Amrouch and Prof. Dr. habil. Ilia Polian from the Institute of Computer Architecture and Computer Engineering examined the presentation and congratulated the candidate after passing this milestone in his Ph.D. We congratulate him!
