Third Annual Meeting

The 3^rd Annual Meeting of the Graduate School took place on Friday, Nov 19^th , 2021 in a hybrid format of face-to-face and online attendance. Two publications of P6 and P10 received the Best Paper Award 2021 of the Graduate School. Prof.Chakrabarty gave a keynote “Test and Test Data as an Enabler for Emerging Technologies”, followed by two invited talks about Advantest Cloud and Advantest University Activities. Based on a common semiconductor value chain, a graphical illustration of the Graduate School and its projects, all PhD students of projects and associated projects presented their recent research state and in particular their close relationships and cooperation.
