The 4th annual meeting of the graduate school took place successfully in person in Advantest Böblingen on November 11th, 2022, see agenda below. It was also the closure meeting of Phase 1 of GS-IMTR. There was a keynote talk "Why traditional tests will fail in emerging technologies” by Prof. Said Hamdioui (TU Delft). All projects and associated projects presented their state of progresses.
