November 3, 2021

During Prof. Marilyn Wolf's visit to the University of Stuttgart in late October, the GS-IMTR has presented their work to her in a small workshop.

In a small workshop, J.-Prof. Hussam Amrouch introduced the Graduate School of Intelligent Methods for Test and Reliability to Prof. Marilyn Wolf, Director of the School of Computing at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA. He presented the vision and broad scope of the graduate school and how the individual projects contribute to a common goal, making semiconductor testing smarter. Every PhD student presented their current work in their projects for five minutes, followed by questions and discussion with Prof. Wolf. They provided a comprehensive overview of the school's various coverage of the topics for test and reliability.
