GS-IMTR was strongly represented at this year's European Test Symposium (ETS) in Chania, Greece. Yang Yang and Tim Strobel each presented their research in the main conference track, while Hanieh Jafarzadeh participated in the McCluskey Doctoral Thesis Contest. In addition, Matthias Sauer contributed a vendor session, and GS-IMTR members and advisory board members were involved in several further conference and workshop activities, including the "Intelligent Methods of Test and Reliability" workshop.
Prior to ETS, three of our doctoral researchers participated in the Test Spring School (TSS), which focused on trustworthy AI hardware. The program covered topics including reliability, security, and testability of AI accelerators, dependable AI systems, design-for-test methodologies for AI hardware, and neuromorphic computing.
